Calendar with Pricing Information
Our booking engine is able to show pricing information to help guests easily get a feeling for the pricing level of a hotel. This helps to focus their customer journey and prevents unforeseen experiences later in the checkout process.
The calendar offers the following display modes:
Availability mode without prices:
The calendar visualizes the available and not available days, in order to prevent the user from selecting an unavailable period, which results in a negative perceived result. No pricing information is shown in this mode.

From-price with length-of-stay discounts:
The calendar will show the cheapest possible from-price for each day. The system will analyze all bookable rates for each day, even rates where a check-in on an earlier day is required but a stay on this day is possible. The cheapest daily price for all possible rates is visualized in the calendar.

From-price without length-of-stay discounts:
The calendar will show the cheapest from-price for the shortest stay possible. The system will analyze all rates with a possible check-in on the specific day. The shortest length-of-stay offers will be filtered and the cheapest from-price for the shortest possible stay will be shown in the calendar.

Notes: On 01 Aug 2023 the shortest stay possible is 1 night, hence the cheapest from price of 100€ is displayed. Its possible to get a cheaper price, but only if staying 10 or more nights. Since not all guests will search for 10 or more nights, some may find it difficult to identify how to book something for 80€.
